Top Movies.

Any list of movies is subjective, however here are a few, which will stand a second viewing;
GRAND PRIX, with James Garner, even now the camera angles are good!
ALIEN, a bellyfull of bad mother, and Sig Weaver, in little knics! Yea Baby!
SEVEN, what a script!!
DIE HARD, ippykyaye, motherfucker!
THE THING, John Carpenter, at his best.
ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13, the original , again, John Carpenter.
FRENCH KISS, The chemistry between Meg Ryan, and Kevin Klein, is magical.
LEON, awesome!
NIKITA, the original french version.
SHOUT AT THE DEVIL, again, the chemistry between Marvin, and Moore!
TERMINATOR, bad robot!
WE WERE SOLDIERS, you should`nt be ashamed of bravery.
4 WEDDINGS & A FUNERAL, lump in throat.
Anyone reading this list would , perhaps, assume that violent movies are prefferred, not so. All these movies were extremely well directed, the attention to detail is astonishing, the way scenes are lit, and the, sometimes, ground-breaking cinematic techniques employed are astonishing. Yes there are bloodfests, but they serve only to enhance the movie, not detract from it. Most of this group were done with modest budgets, Alien, for example, cost £10million, and relied heavily on using quality acting, lighting, and amazing sets to create the tense atmosphere! Leon, and Nikita were beautifully lit, with wonderfull acting from the likes of Gary oldman, and jean Reno!!!!Yea Baby!!!!!
